Just finished up at the Sanctuary. There are more and more things that I write that don't make it on-line.

To my reading public, I am truly sorry. Anyway, hopefully at some point.

Paul Ford is doing everything I want to do, just about, with FTrain. You should check it out.

In other news, I'm done at The Sanctuary. I have new Kung Fu for massage and realized that I have some crazy Kung Fu already from my voice work. I ran two voice meditations while there (thanks, Anne, Jeff and Catherine!). They were awesome. Apparently, some of the techniques I was teaching are secret techniques of some Indian Fakirs or whatver and you're not supposed to teach them without special permission.

Oops.

But I am thinking that I need to go a bit more gentle on people. At the very least make it less likely that they'll fall down.

I'm off to Oz via Penang!
